“I have been with Trent Insurance Agency for over 40 yrs. I am very particular with any company I do business with, so for me to be with Erie Insurance and Trent Ins. Agency means a lot.. Anytime I have a problem they are very courtesy and respectful and help me with the situation in my best interest.. When I had to file a claim for my engine fire, I called and reported it at 9:30am, that day, and had the car towed to my mechanic 40 miles away, within two hours. The very next morning I received a call from the insurance adjuster, around 10am, 25 hours after reporting the incident, and he had already inspected my car and told me everything that needed replaced and the cost of the repairs. I told him to go ahead and have my mechanic start the repairs which included a complete engine, radiator, battery and various other items damaged by the fire. My car was done within 1 1/2 days. This is why I would recommend Tent Insurance Agency and also there rates can’t be beat.. My A1 agency for life.
